Job summary

Daiso USA is seeking a Store Sales Associate in Miami, FL to provide excellent customer service, support store sales, maintain merchandise presentation, and process transactions. You will help identify customer needs, answer questions, and promote products in a welcoming, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include stocking, merchandising, inventory checks, and assisting with lead shifts when scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer customer questions about products, promotions, discounts, and special offers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products or solutions to support the shopping experience.
• Upsell through appropriate product recommendations and maintain awareness of new products and promotions.
• Promptly resolve customer concerns when able and expedite complaints or sensitive issues to store leadership when necessary.
• Organize merchandise on shelves and restock merchandise when low or empty.
• Assist with back stockroom organization and set up of merchandise displays on the sales floor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor, checkout area, and back stock area.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, pricing, labeling, and replenishing merchandise.
• Perform routine inventory counts and support inventory management activities as directed.
