Job summary

Jockey is seeking an energetic Sales Associate for our Destin, FL location. You will provide excellent customer service following Jockey’s service principles, focus on achieving store goals, and help maximize sales.

As a part-time team member, you will earn Paid Time Off and enjoy generous discounts and incentives, while greeting guests, identifying their needs, and using product knowledge to offer solutions. You will also assist with merchandising and maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of retail or customer service experience with a proven ability to demonstrate a passion for extraordinary guest service and sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and promote promotions and Rewards program.
• Engage guests to identify needs and offer product solutions.
• Drive store sales and profitability through service and suggestive selling.
• Handle sales and register transactions accurately, including cash/credit processing.
• Assist with merchandising and visual standards to maintain appealing product displays.
• Maintain store standards and safety, and keep the work area clean.
• Support hiring and recruiting efforts.
• Other duties as assigned.
