The Children's Place in Grand Junction, Colorado is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Leadership Team and achieve company goals. You will deliver excellent customer service, maintain merchandise presentation, and assist with stockroom duties to ensure a clean, organized store environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, addressing inquiries, promoting promotions, and helping with inventory and signage while complying with safety procedures.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Be aware of customer activity and respond with a sense of urgency, prioritizing assisting customers over other tasks.
• Greet and acknowledge customers while providing the appropriate level of service.
• Effectively communicate value and quality of our merchandise while sharing promotions and solutions for out of stock items.
• Address customer concerns with sound judgment.
• Demonstrate selling skills to positively impact conversion.
• Provide fast, friendly service at the cashwrap and educate customers on the PLACE Card benefits.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure sizes/styles are represented.
