Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking energetic Sales Associates to provide friendly, accurate service on our busy sales floor in Columbia, SC. You’ll help customers find products to complete their projects and process transactions efficiently.

Full-Time and Part-Time positions available. We offer base pay starting at $15 per hour with potential for higher starting pay based on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Customer service experience.
Knowledge of basic math skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
Excellent communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend our products and excite customers about their purchase.
Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations when assisting customers.
Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas and ensure it is clean, shoppable and safe.
Process customers at checkout using point of sale (POS) system.
Process customer refunds and exchanges according to established guidelines.
Create price tags and merchandise signs. Stock, tag and display merchandise.
Act and work in a manner consistent with the company’s core values and safety processes.
