Kirkland's Home is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience in-store and online, while supporting operations and merchandising under management direction. The role blends selling, cashiering, replenishing, floorsets and cleaning to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates are energetic, have strong communication skills, and can work weekends and evenings.

• Support branding by treating customers and coworkers with respect.
• Assist with receipt, stocking, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom; support floorsets and cleaning.
