Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Model established customer experience practices with customers and colleagues.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs while upholding merchandising standards.
• Process purchases and returns accurately and count change correctly.
• Partner with team to support store recovery and safety.
• Assist with merchandise preparation and on-floor presentation according to procedures.
• Support labor and safety compliance and participate in shrink reduction efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
