Responsibilities

• Support management in driving customer engagement strategies.
• Implement merchandising best practices.
• Display ad merchandise prominently and cross-merchandise add-ons.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized and stocked.
• Create impactful ad sets to maximize sales.
• Ensure merchandise is fronted, faced and presentable.
• Implement plan-o-grams and provide feedback.
• Maintain center aisles, end caps and bargain bins with signage.
• Monitor competitive activity and share insights.
