Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by warmly welcoming every guest.
• Be a brand ambassador by sharing POP MART's story and product collections.
• Educate customers on collecting culture and product launches.
• Drive sales by identifying needs and making recommendations.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions.
• Assist with receiving shipments and stock replenishment.
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and safety.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily goals.
• Cross-train to support Robo Shop replenishment.
• Maintain compliance with cash handling and loss prevention standards.
