Job summary

Express is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for our West Covina, CA store to deliver a great in-store shopping experience, assist with stocking and merchandising, and help customers find the right fit for their needs.

The role requires 0-2 years of retail experience, proficiency with iPads and POS systems, and availability for nights and weekends. Part-time benefits include merchandise discounts and more.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 0-2 years of relevant job experience (minimum 6 months).
• Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers).
• Availability for nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room.
• Follow company policies to ensure safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes per SOP.
• Provide a great customer experience.
• Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues and communicate resolutions to Store Management.
• Drive credit and loyalty programs by explaining benefits to customers.
• Other essential functions as directed by supervisor.
