Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexibility in schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Fast-paced retail environment experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the Crocs service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture and share feedback.
• Assist in store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement and stockroom operations.
