FirstCash is seeking entry-level, full-time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate for our stores in Texas. The position offers an hourly wage with commission on productivity and a supportive benefits package.

As a member of the team, you will greet customers, process sales and loans, and maintain a clean, well-stocked sales floor. The role requires flexibility, strongcustomer service, and basic math skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and perform various duties.
• Must be able to work with firearms and become certified.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Computer literate and able to operate POS systems.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to build rapport and upsell.
• Perform sales and loan transactions following policies.
• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and organized.
• Handle cash and negotiable items securely per procedures.
• Assist customers with inquiries and problem resolution.
• Complete required training and ongoing development.
• Other duties as assigned.
