FirstCash, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Sweetwater, TN. You will greet customers, assist with sales and loans, and help maintain a welcoming store environment.

The role offers hourly pay with commission, plus benefits and advancement opportunities. Employees enjoy flexible hours, earned wage access after day 2, and discounts from day one. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers with sales and product inquiries.
• Explain terms and assist customers with pawn and short-term loans.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately per policies.
• Evaluate merchandise condition and value for buying decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations and opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
