Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable with a variety of merchandise including firearms in FFL locations with certification.
• Strong customer service and team mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience with checkout systems is a plus.
• Willing to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Explain terms and complete paperwork for pawn/short-term loan services.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately per policy.
• Evaluate merchandise condition and value for buying/selling/loans.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations and opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
