FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Dalton, GA. The role offers $13.00–$16.00 per hour with unlimited commission, plus benefits and opportunities such as Earned Wage Access and employee discounts.

You will greet customers, assist with sales and loans, process transactions, and maintain a clean sales floor while upholding company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 with a HS diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms and processing paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately following guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Assist with basic opening/closing tasks and store operations.
