Job summary

Chico’s FAS, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to support Management in delivering a customer- and product-focused sales culture. The role emphasizes MAPS personal service, clienteling, and omni-channel experiences to maximize profitability.

Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, maintaining promotions and pricing standards, replenishment, and assisting with register operations. Candidates should have a High School diploma and retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• For AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA, must be 16 years of age or older.
• For all other states, must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Meets company sales goals by using sales techniques and sharing product knowledge with customers.
• Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions and pricing/visual standards.
• Supports replenishment, floor sets, and visual presentation as directed by Management.
• Promotes MAPS and provides an omni-channel customer experience.
• Handles checkout efficiently and assists with returns, coupons, and gift cards.
• Signs up clients for reward programs and builds client loyalty.
