• Six months of cash handling experience.
• Strong English communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer service levels in accordance with Family Style Service standards.
• Acknowledge and greet guests with a smile.
• Be knowledgeable about the Caesars Rewards program and its benefits.
• Be courteous and create a warm, friendly atmosphere for guests.
• Assist guests in finding products and upsell merchandise.
• Manage all payment transactions at the register.
• Stock, unpack, and display merchandise according to planograms.
