Qualifications

• Knowledge of customer service standards and selling techniques
• Ability to operate cash registers and process transactions accurately
• Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising guidelines
• Strong communication skills for working with guests, associates, and supervisors
• Dependable attendance and punctuality in accordance with company guidelines

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer service levels in accordance with Total Service standards
• Acknowledge and greet guests with a smile
• Be knowledgeable about the Total Rewards program and the hotel amenities
• Assist guests in finding requested products and upsell merchandise
• Develop an excellent understanding of product assortments across all retail stores
• Be knowledgeable on register operations and handle all payment transactions
• Ensure folding and merchandising standards per company guidelines
• Complete stock counts and receive deliveries as needed
• Assist with associate sales, inventories, and special events as requested
