Job summary

AAA Mid-Atlantic in Dayton, OH is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver value to AAA members while supporting sales performance. You will promote memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products, and assist travelers with hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.

You’ll respond to Roadside Assistance requests throughout the day and help with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed. A high school diploma is required and steady communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills to build trust and explain value clearly.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Basic geography knowledge is a plus.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Pre-employment and post-employment screenings including criminal and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products.
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
• Manage and respond to Roadside Assistance calls throughout the day.
• Support cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed.
