In a busy retail environment you’ll resolve issues, support omnichannel shopping, execute point-of-sale transactions, restock floors, and promote current promos and the brand loyalty program to create a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide guidance on product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment.
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel shopping as needed.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit to customers.
• Minimize store loss by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
