You will expertly balance multiple customers in a busy retail environment, resolve issues promptly, and assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience. This role supports promotions and loyalty programs while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles, features and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues proactively in a busy retail setting.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Maintain a safe, clean store and minimize loss.
