Position Summary

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Retail Sales Associate works with all retail store associates and management to champion the PGA TOUR Superstore ‘Customer First’ philosophy by providing a world-class shopping experience. The Retail Sales Associate maximizes sales by keeping their areas stocked, properly signed, and merchandised, and following all operational processes.

Overall Function

• Greet customers within 30 seconds if observed within 10 feet.
• Maintain visual merchandising and signage for consistency.
• Replenish merchandise from incoming shipments promptly to maximize selection.
• Handle customer requests for unavailable items and relay information to supervisors.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
