Job summary

Cash America Pawn in Raleigh, NC is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate. You will greet customers, explain pawn and loan terms, process sales, and maintain a clean sales floor. Earn $15.00-$19.00 per hour with unlimited commission and opportunities for advancement and benefits.

Typical hours are retail-friendly with weekend availability; position includes earned wage access, employee discounts, and education/retirement benefits. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with firearms in FFL locations (certification provided).
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms and completing paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Commission Information
