FirstCash, Inc. is seeking a Full‑Time Retail Sales Associate in Toledo, OH. The role offers $12.00 – $15.00 per hour plus unlimited commission and various benefits. You will greet customers, assist with sales, pawn and short‑term loan services, and ensure a positive, compliant shopping experience.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with a high school diploma, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and able to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus.
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas.

• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
