FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Phoenix, AZ. Earn $15.25–$18.00 per hour plus unlimited commission. This role focuses on customer service, sales, and pawn/loan services in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will assist customers, explain loan terms, process transactions, and maintain organized sales areas. Flexible scheduling, eligibility for benefits, and advancement opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with firearms in FFL locations; certification provided.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.
• Experience with retail checkout systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms and completing paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas

Commission Information

Associates can earn 2-8% commission based on individual performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
