Job summary

FirstCash, Inc. is hiring a full‑time Retail Sales Associate in Danville, VA. You will greet customers, assist with sales and loan services, explain terms, and maintain a welcoming sales floor.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with firearms in FFL locations; certification provided.
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus.
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas.

Responsibilities

Full-Time Retail Sales Associate $13.00 - $17.00 per hour + Unlimited Commission
