Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to help customers, handle loans and merchandise, and keep the sales floor welcoming and organized.

You’ll earn $15.25–$18.00 per hour plus unlimited commission, with benefits, earned wage access after day 2, employee discounts, and a 9AM–6PM schedule at many stores.

Applicants must be 18+, able to stand and lift, and be comfortable with firearms at FFL locations where certification is provided.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Complete required training and follow company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Commission Information

Associates can earn 2-8% commission based on individual performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
