FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Acworth, GA. The role offers $14.00–$17.00 per hour plus unlimited commission and benefits. You will help customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries, supporting pawn and short-term loan services with a customer-focused approach.

Applicants should be 18+, able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs, and willing to work flexible hours including weekends. Training is provided and employee discounts apply from day one.

• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas

Commission Information
