FirstCash, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Texas to join our pawn and retail team. You will greet customers, assist with sales, loans, and product inquiries, and process transactions accurately while earning commission on top of hourly pay.

Most stores operate 9AM–6PM with many locations closing Sundays. Earned Wage Access, employee discounts, and comprehensive benefits are available to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Comfortable working with firearms in FFL locations; certification provided.
• Customer service oriented with a team mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience with retail checkout systems is a plus.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

$13.45 – $15.95 per hour + Unlimited Commission

Commission Information

Associates can earn 2–8% commission based on individual performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
