FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Washington. Earn $20.29–$21.25 per hour plus unlimited commission.

Join a customer-focused team handling a variety of merchandise, including pawn and loan services, while delivering exceptional service. Greet customers, explain loan terms, process transactions, and maintain a clean store. This role requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends; firearms handling in FFL locations is supported

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.
• Comfortable with a variety of merchandise; firearms in FFL locations with certification provided.
• Strong customer service and a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience with retail checkout systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Explain terms, complete paperwork, and ensure a smooth customer experience for pawn/short-term loans.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately following guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying/selling decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
