Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate in Florida to greet customers, assist with sales, loans, and product inquiries, and maintain a welcoming store floor.

You’ll handle pawn and short-term loan services, explain terms, process transactions accurately, and ensure a smooth, customer-focused experience while upholding guidelines.

Compensation includes $16.00–$19.00 per hour with unlimited commission, flexible schedule, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable handling a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).
• Strong customer service and a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience with retail checkout systems is a plus.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.
