Job summary

FirstCash, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Tacoma, WA. The role offers $17.13–$18.22 per hour plus unlimited commission and earned wage access after day 2. You will help customers with sales, loans and product inquiries while maintaining store standards and accuracy in transactions.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a HS diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Comfort with a variety of merchandise (FFL location with certification).
• Strong customer service and team orientation.
• Basic math and computer skills; POS systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans and product inquiries.
• Explain terms and process loans and pawns for a smooth customer experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately per guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise condition and value for buying, selling and loans.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

$17.13 – $18.22 per hour + Unlimited Commission

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas

Commission Information

Associates can earn 2–8% commission based on individual performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
