FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Fort Myers, FL. You will help customers with sales and pawn services, explain loan terms, and ensure a smooth shopping and lending experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus.
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

$16.00 – $19.00 per hour + Unlimited Commission

What You'll Do
