Cash America Pawn is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate at our Oklahoma City location. The role offers $12.00 - $15.00 per hour plus unlimited commission and an 8% commission potential.

You will greet customers, assist with sales and pawn/loan services, and help maintain a clean, organized sales floor while following company policies. Earned Wage Access, employee discounts, and a full benefits package are available.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).

Commission Information
