Cash America Pawn in Oklahoma City is seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Earn $12.00–$15.00 per hour plus unlimited commission and comprehensive benefits.

You will help customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries while promoting a positive, secure shopping experience. Responsibilities include handling pawn transactions, processing sales, maintaining displays, and assisting with store operations.

Competenze

Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

$12.00 - $15.00 per hour + Unlimited Commission

We're looking for a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team! If you enjoy helping customers, working with a variety of merchandise, and earning commission on top of your hourly rate, this role is a great fit.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply

Commission Information

Associates can earn 2-8% commission based on individual performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
