FirstCash in Oklahoma City is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate who thrives on helping customers and handling a variety of merchandise. You will earn hourly pay plus commission on top of your base rate, with opportunities for advancement and benefits.

The role involves greeting customers, assisting with loans and sales, processing transactions, and keeping the store organized. Flexible weekend scheduling and safety training are provided, with earned wage access and employee discounts

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with HS diploma or GED.
• Able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable with a variety of merchandise, firearms in FFL locations (certification provided).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Explain terms and complete paperwork for pawn and short-term loans.
• Process transactions accurately, follow policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.

Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour + Unlimited Commission

We're looking for a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team! If you enjoy helping customers, working with a variety of merchandise, and earning commission on top of your hourly rate, this role is a great fit.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas

Commission Information

Associates can earn 2-8% commission based on individual performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
