Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Hewitt, TX to greet customers, assist with sales, loans and product inquiries, and provide a smooth, customer-focused experience.

You'll earn $11.00–$14.00 per hour plus unlimited commission and enjoy benefits such as earned wage access, employee discounts, and stable hours (9AM–6PM on most stores). We'll train on pawn and short-term loans and support a friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus.

Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

$11.00 - $14.00 per hour + Unlimited Commission

We're looking for a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team! If you enjoy helping customers, working with a variety of merchandise, and earning commission on top of your hourly rate, this role is a great fit.
