FirstCash in Bryan, TX is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, help with sales and loans, and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced pawn and retail environment.

You will earn a base hourly rate plus commission, with earned wage access, employee discounts, and a comprehensive benefits package. The role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus.
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas.

Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

$11.00 - $14.00 per hour + Unlimited Commission

We're looking for a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team! If you enjoy helping customers, working with a variety of merchandise, and earning commission on top of your hourly rate, this role is a great fit.

Associates can earn 2-8% commission based on individual performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
