Job summary

FirstCash is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate in Texas. You will greet customers, assist with sales, loans, and product inquiries, and maintain a clean sales floor. You’ll earn hourly pay plus commissions and have access to benefits and employee discounts.

The role requires flexible retail hours, including weekends. Training is provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

We're looking for a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team! If you enjoy helping customers, working with a variety of merchandise, and earning commission on top of your hourly rate, this role is a great fit.

What We're Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply

Commission Information

Associates can earn 2-8% commission based on individual performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
