FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Bryan, Texas. You will greet customers, assist with sales, loans, and pawn services, explain terms, and ensure a smooth, customer‑focused experience.

You’ll process transactions, verify merchandise, keep the sales floor organized, handle cash, and participate in opening/closing tasks. The role offers hourly pay ($11.00–$14.00) plus commission up to 8% and benefits; flexible schedules, discounts from day one, and growth

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus.
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
