Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. in Dallas is looking for a full-time Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, assist with sales, loans and product inquiries in a fast-paced pawn/retail setting.

You will help customers with pawn and short-term loan services, explain terms, complete paperwork and ensure a smooth, customer-focused experience. • 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus.
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
