Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. in Arlington, Texas is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, assist with sales, loans, and product inquiries, and help maintain attractive displays.

You will process sales and loan activity, evaluate merchandise, follow company and regulatory guidelines, and deliver friendly, customer‑focused service. The role offers hourly pay plus commissions up to 8%, earned wage access after day 2, employee discounts, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply

$10.00 – $14.00 per hour + Unlimited Commission
