FirstCash is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate in a fast-paced pawn/retail environment. Earn $10.00–$14.00 per hour plus commission on top of your hourly wage.

You will greet customers, assist with loans and product inquiries, process sales and loan activity, evaluate merchandise, and maintain a well-organized store. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply, with opportunities for earned wage access and employee discounts.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries

• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Complete required training and follow company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply

Commission Information

Associates can earn 2–8% commission based on individual performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
