Job summary

Superpawn in Sparks, NV is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate. Earn $14.00–$17.00 per hour plus commission. You’ll greet customers, assist with pawn and loan services, and process transactions while following regulations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.

• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.

$14.00 - $17.00 per hour + Unlimited Commission

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries

What We're Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply

Commission Information

Associates can earn 2-8% commission based on individual performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
