Job summary

Cash America Pawn in Anchorage, AK seeks a full-time Retail Sales Associate to provide friendly customer service, handle pawn and short-term loan processes, and drive sales with commission on top of hourly wages. You will greet customers, explain loan terms, process transactions, and maintain organized displays in a busy retail environment.

Ideal candidates are 18+, comfortable with physical tasks, and able to work flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with firearms in FFL locations; certification provided.
• Strong customer service and team orientation.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus.
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas.

$14.50 – $17.50 per hour + Unlimited Commission
