Cash America Pawn in Las Vegas is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, assist with sales and pawn services, and process transactions with accuracy and care. You will help evaluate merchandise, maintain displays, and ensure a smooth, customer‑focused experience on the sales floor.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply

Commission Information
