Job summary

Cash America Pawn in Louisville, KY is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate. You will greet customers, assist with sales, loans, and product inquiries, and manage transactions with accuracy while following company guidelines.

You'll earn $12–$15 per hour plus commission up to 8%. The role offers earned wage access, employee discounts, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Store hours are typically 9AM–6PM, with Sundays often closed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly
