Job summary

Cash America Pawn is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Las Vegas to deliver friendly, customer-focused service across our pawn, loan, and merchandise operations. You will greet customers, explain terms, process sales and loans, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.

Qualified applicants are 18+, comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, able to work weekends/holidays, and open to bilingual communication. A competitive hourly wage plus commission and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Commission Information

Associates can earn 2-8% commission based on individual performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
