Job summary

Cash America Pawn is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Earn $13.00–$16.00 per hour plus unlimited commission on top of hourly pay. You’ll greet customers, assist with pawn and loan services, and help drive sales with knowledgeable service.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas

Commission Information
