Cash America Pawn is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Indianapolis, IN. Earn $13.00-$16.00 per hour plus unlimited commission. The role focuses on helping customers, handling pawn and short-term loan services, and driving sales with a customer-first approach.

You will greet customers, explain loan terms, manage paperwork, and maintain a neat sales floor. A valid HS diploma or GED and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required, with weekend/holiday availability.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer‑focused experience
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Complete required training and follow company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas

Commission Information
