FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in North Carolina. You’ll greet customers, answer questions about loans and merchandise, and help with a smooth checkout.

Qualifications

• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Explain loan terms and complete paperwork for a smooth customer experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately per policy and guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying/selling/loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

$13.00 – $16.00 per hour + Unlimited Commission

What You'll DO

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply

Commission Information

Associates can earn 2–8% commission based on individual performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
